The product is a pack of 6 gold mystery snails, bred in a tank in the United States. They have been fed calcium supplements to unsure their health. I do NOT ship snails in envelops. They are packed in container with wet paper towel to ensure moisture. During shipping in cold/cool weather they may be slow to move when they arrive. Bring them up to temp slowly.
