Shipping & Live Arrival

Ship days: Next Day Air ships Monday–Wednesday. 2nd Day Air ships Monday and Tuesday only. Fish are fasted before packing, individually bagged in treated water, double bagged with 100% oxygen, and shipped in an insulated foam box with heat or cold packs as needed.

Live Arrival Guarantee applies to Next Day Air shipping only. We cannot guarantee live arrival on any other service — our fish are packed well, but delays on slower services are outside our control.
